They are deemed as leaders who can help their companies through turbulent times full of change and innovation.
Transformational leadership is a leadership style in which leaders encourage, inspire and motivate employees to innovate and create change that will help grow and shape the future success of the company. This is accomplished by setting an example at the executive level through a strong sense of corporate culture, employee ownership and independence in the workplace.1

“Good leadership is about knowing when to stay consistent and firm, and knowing when to change according to the changing circumstances. This is what adaptive leadership is all about, the ability to sense the situation and adapt your approach according to that situation or according to the person.”
